Most AI video work I see lives as isolated clips, tests, or short films. I wanted to push the medium into something bigger: programming.
So over the past year, I’ve been building Botflix—a live 24/7 AI-generated TV network from a fictional robot universe with original shows, fake commercials, music videos, news, bumpers, and recurring in-world channels. Not just “AI content,” but an actual broadcast experience. Think in-world GTA TV or Interdimensional Cable from Rick & Morty.
It’s basically an experiment in whether generative video can evolve from one-off outputs into a new form of television—something closer to a living network than a feed.
I’d genuinely love feedback from people here, especially on the bigger question:
Is this just a novelty, or does this feel like the early version of a real new medium?
