Timo: a 90-second Turkish preschool adventure — AI workflow and pacing feedback

Hi everyone! We’re the creators of MOMO | Minik Dünyalar, an original Turkish-language preschool animation project. This is Timo, our little forest explorer, in a 90-second adventure built around movement, counting and discovery.

Our workflow combines character references and video generation in Higgsfield, Turkish character voice and background music from ElevenLabs, and editing in CapCut. The voice is Timo speaking, rather than an outside narrator.

The tricky part was balancing continuity with forward movement. Early attempts repeated actions and numbers, while trying to pack too many scene changes into a short generation made the action feel rushed. We simplified the action in each segment and separated voice production from the visuals so we could adjust timing in the edit.

We’d really appreciate feedback on two things: does Timo feel like the same character throughout, and does the pacing feel calm without becoming static? If you work on recurring animated characters, how do you handle continuity when extending shots?

Sharing our own project openly here—happy to discuss what worked and what still needs improvement.
