I recommend [Cursor](https://www.cursor.com). It’s quite impressive. You can build and deploy apps without actually coding at all. They’ve been hosting hackathons where non-technical people build complete apps.

[Replit](https://replit.com) is really good too. They’re heavily pushing the idea-to-app stuff a lot too recently.
