The 3d AI animation company RIfflix is looking for a Chief Creative Officer. I spoke with the founder and preferably they are looking for an AI filmmaker with experience with the entire AI+3D video pipeline: image prompting, video models, etc. + MoCap + comfyUI + ideally, some 3D modeling experience as well (Blender/unity etc.)

Rifflix is building AIx3D tools to make movies and shows 100x faster. Our AI animation engine enables full consistency and control of characters and scenes. Our founding team includes a 2X AI founder and Stanford grad whose previous startup was acquired by an autonomous vehicle co, a PhD in Stanford’s Computer Graphics Lab, former head of IP at Electronic Arts, and a writer/producer who has worked with 5 major studios. We are on a mission to build the world’s largest storytelling platform!
Candidate Role
- We are looking for an AI creative director and creator, with deep expertise in AI-based image, video and 3D tools and workflows, who wants to be involved in the cutting edge of AI x TV and film.
Compensation
- Market rate $150k-200k + meaningful equity
Skills/Experience Needed
- Expertise with AI-based image, video, and 3D generation tools
- Experience with video and 3D editing and compositing
- Familiarity with comfyUI and other AI prototyping frameworks
- Great taste in content
What the candidate will do
- Create high-quality demo videos for Rifflix
- Research and prototype with the bleeding edge of AIxcreative techniques
- Engage with the AI creator community and influencers
- Engage with Studio partners and customers
- Assist with setting up custom pipelines for Studio customers
- Help the product and eng team come up with a feature roadmap
